quiet and clean rooms
good aircon short walk
the aircon worked SO WELL, a BIG plus. parking close to MY room was very convenient. i appreciate that it was only a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.

great location and comfortable rooms
clean pool spacious room convenient location
the pool was well kept and clean i enjoyed swimming there. my room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. i appreciated the hotel's convenient location within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops.
the parking fee seemed a bit high considering the availability of spaces.

the staff was friendly and helpful especially when i needed directions to local attractions. check-in was efficient and the front desk addressed my questions promptly. i felt welcomed and well taken care of at the hotel.

outdoor fireplace happy hour free bikes non-working key unresponsive clerk lack of apology
The restaurant was charming with a lovely outdoor fireplace. i enjoyed the happy hour. It was a pleasant welcome. free use of bikes was fabulous. It helped me get around. easy parking was available.
check-in involved receiving two keys, but one did not work. i discovered this after walking to my car to retrieve something. i returned to my room to find the second key ineffective. the front desk clerk did not answer the phone, and she wasn't apologetic. there was a huge inconvenience, especially traveling alone.
